Returns & Exchanges

Bamboo Bungalow does not accept refunds or returns due to change of mind. We are happy to refund, credit or exchange if an item has a fault that we are unable to repair. If an item is considered faulty on delivery please notify Bamboo Bungalow within 7 days from date of delivery. All returns must be prearranged and approved at the discretion of Bamboo Bungalow. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
